How we did it

We designed, tested and implemented significant changes to the website's information architecture. By restructuring the content and navigation, we made it easier for customers to find the information they needed quickly and efficiently. This saw a customer satisfaction rating improvement from 35% to 52% as users were more satisfied with the websites improved usability and content quality.
